Inviting Tender for supplying Tailoring Sewing machine of 50 to 60nos to Aranmula Grama Panchayat part of Saksham for Livelihood Project Supported by Plan India and CCDS
As part of the Saksham Livelihood Project supported by Plan India, CCDS Pune invites SEALED QUOTATIONS from registered manufactures, authorized distributors, firms, shops etc. for supplying Tailoring Sewing machine (50-60no’s approximately) in Aranmula Grama Panchayat Pathanamthitta District, Kerala.

Terms & Conditions:
- Tailoring Sewing machine must be delivered to the places suggested by Plan India and CCDS, in Aranmula Grama Panchayat, Pathanamthitta District, Kerala.
- During the time of delivery, the vendors must submit the warranty/guarantee certificate.
- The Vendor is obliged to replace the tailoring machine within one month if in case of defect or damage.
- The quotations must be given on the official letterhead, signed by the Proprietor of the Firm/authorized Person, with seal.
- Quotations not submitted in sealed covers are rejected and disallowed to be submitted again.
- Name of the Firm and Mobile contact should be given on the Envelope mentioning clearly “Quotations Submitted for “supplying Tailoring Sewing Machine in Aranmula Grama Panchayat.”.
- The details of the Firm have to be given such as Registration, PAN, GST Number etc.
- The Quotations should reach the following address on or before 5 pm on 23rd January 2020 at 5 pm.
