CBGA-ISDG WORKSHOP
ON BUDGET ANALYSIS AND ADVOCACY
ISDG in association with the Centre for Budget and Governance Accountability (CBGA), Delhi, organised a workshop on budget analysis and advocacy in Bodhigram, Adoor from 5th to 7th of January 2017. The major focus of the workshop was people’s budget initiative. The workshop was based on theory as well as practice on budget-related issues. The sessions were led by eminent personalities in the field of budget advocacy and governance. The 3 days workshop was attended by almost 35 participants from different states across the country. Each topic was dealt through discussions and group activities which ensured the active participation and coordination among the participants. The workshop has helped the participants in enhancing the knowledge on people-centred budget advocacy.
