There needs to be the question of sustainability and environment impact; every project/programme needs scrutinising, whether it’s worth implementing and that it doesnt affect our future generations.
Therefore there needs to be a concerted effort from both the centre and states and one way we could do is through green budgeting. Even though the term is new and it’s radical, its impact makes it more attractive.
