Dr.Abraham George is the former Principal of Mar Thoma College, Tiruvalla, the first NAAC accredited college in Kerala. He has his Ph.D in Economics and his chosen fields are International Economics and Higher Education. A teacher with 30 years of standing, he has authored two books, edited two volumes and published several articles. He has completed different re-search projects including a major research project of the UGC and has attended several inter-national conferences and other academic programmes in different countries. Dr. George is a life-member of the Indian Economic Association (IEA) and the Indian Society of Labour Economics (ISLE). He was the Vice-President of the Council of Principals of Colleges in Kerala during 2005 — 2007. He is the recipient of Dr. Sam Higginbottom National Award (2007) for the Best Principals of Christian Colleges in India, instituted by the All India Associa- tion of Christian Higher Education (AIACHE), New Delhi.Since 2005, he has been serving as an assessor of higher education institutions in India by being in the Peer Team of the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC). Dr.V Madhusoodanan is the former Principal of Government Arts College Thiruvananthapuram. He has his Ph.D in Economics from University of Kerala and his areas of interest are ethnography, regional economics and public policy. He has 30 years of teaching experience both at undergraduate and post graduate levels. Dr. Cyriac Mathews is the former Principal of University College Thiruvananthapuram and former Deputy Director of Collegiate Education,Government of Kerala. He has his Ph.D in Economics and his chosen fields are Energy Economics and Higher Education. Ateacher with 33 years of experience, he has contributed seven articles in edited volumes and research journals. E. Nizamudeen , former Joint Director, Kerala State Audit Department, has 29 years of auditing experience in various institutions under the purview of Local Fund Audit department. Formerly he was faculty for the training of elected representatives and government officials and the Master Trainer in several institutes of local administration such as KILA, ETC, IMG and SIRD. A former member of TNA Team, he serves as Training Manager and as member of LFA Syllabus preparation and audit manual preparation in Kerala State Audit department.

Jobin Thomas is a Social Worker by profession. He completed his Post Graduation in Social Work, Human Rights and Sociology. He worked across the country on the issues of dalits, adivasis, fisher folk, women and other marginalized communities. He has specialization in international disaster response programs

Mini John holds a Master’s degree in English Literature from IGNOU and is NET qualified. She has worked as a freelance editor and has co-edited 'A Contemporary Encyclopedia of British Literature' and other books. She has contributed poems and articles to publications. She is presently the Management Coordinator of ISDG.

Pradeep Panangad is a journalist and has many years experience in the industry working in print and visual media. Has authored many articles, essays and books. He is also interested in culture and management studies.

Anil Kumar P.Y is a social, environmental activist and has vast experience as a trainer in local administration and decentralisation and as a trainer of trainers. Formerly an extension faculty in Kerala Institute of Local Administration (KILA), he currently serves as the Secretary of Ekta Parishad, Kerala as well. He is also involved in direction and production of films on social and environmental causes.

Sunil. K.P is a Certified Human resource Trainer, Indian Junior Chamber for 25 years and is a Trainer of Trainers (TOT) of Institute of Management in Government. He has three decades of experience as Human Resource Development Trainer and has conducted over six hundred training programmes in India and abroad for students, teachers, parents, youth, employees and NGOs.

Sunil Kumar serves as the communication associate and is experienced in clerical, secretarial and office administrative work. He is also part of the advocacy and media team.

Rajalekshmi holds a Masters degree in Economics. She is trained in computerised financial accounting. She is currently serving as the Accounts & Administrative Assistant of ISDG.

Avinash Thomas is our Senior Research Associate currently working on a research study, proposed by Oxfam India, on the various aspects of India’s Development Cooperation initiatives with Sri Lanka. He holds a Master's degree in Economics from Loyola College, Chennai. He has also worked on research studies on local governance and budgeting. His interests include quizzing and football.

Meera is our intern associating with the projects on 'Sustainable Development Goals in Kerala context' and 'Budget Work in Kerala. She holds an M.Phil degree in Economics from the Kerala University.
