Anil Kumar P.Y is a social, environmental activist and has vast experience as a trainer in local administration and decentralisation and as a trainer of trainers. Formerly an extension faculty in Kerala Institute of Local Administration (KILA) He is currently part of the Saksham Livelihood Project as a community mobiliser.
