Avinash Thomas Project Coordinator
He is our Project Coordinator for the Saksham Livelihood Project supported by Plan India. Avinash has previously worked on a research study, proposed by Oxfam India, on the various aspects of India's Development Cooperation initiatives with Sri Lanka. He holds a Master's degree in Economics from Loyola College, Chennai. He has also worked on research studies on local governance and budgeting.
