Inviting Tender for supplying 8750 nos of 60 days old Country Chicks and 350 Nos Hen coops (having a capacity to accommodate 25 no’s of hens per coop) to Aranmula Grama Panchayat for Saksham for Livelihood Project Supported by Plan India and CCDS
Saksham for Livelihood Project Supported by Plan India and CCDS, Pune invites SEALED QUOTATIONS from reputed, registered & experienced egger nursery/poultry firms having a min of 10,000-20,000 capacity to produce country chicks per month can apply for supplying chicks attain 60 days for 350 families and a total number of country chicks required is 7000 Nos (20*350) approximately & 350 Nos Hen coops (having a capacity to accommodate 25 no’s of hens per coop) to Aranmula Grama Panchayat Pathanamthitta District, Kerala.
The bidders are presented with two options for the supply of Country chickens;
| Option 1 | Supplying 8,750 Nos of country chicks to 350 beneficiaries (350 x 25 no’s each) along with coops |
| Option 2 | Supplying 5,000 Nos of country chicks to 200 beneficiaries (200 x 25 no’s each) & remaining 3,750 Nos of country chicks to 150 (150 x 25 no’s) within a period of 7- 10 days from the 1st supplied date along with coops. |

Terms & Conditions:
- The vendors can submit the quotations for both chicks and coops or separately.
- Country chicks & coops must be delivered to the places suggested by Plan India and CCDS, Pune (from ward no 1 to 18) in Aranmula Grama Panchayat
- Each selected family (beneficiary) must be delivered with 60 days old 25 No’s country chicks and 1 hen coop having a capacity to accommodate 25 No’s of hens per coop.
- During the time of delivery, the vendors must submit the fitness certificate of the delivered 8750 no’s of country chicks from the Govt. recognised veterinary doctor, surgeon/ hospital.
- The vendor is obliged to replace the chick/chicks within one month in case of death of any.
- The quotations should be given on the official letterhead, signed by the Proprietor of the Firm/authorized Person, with seal.
- Quotations not submitted in sealed covers are rejected and disallowed to be submitted again.
- Name of the Firm and Mobile contact should be given on the Envelope mentioning clearly “Quotations Submitted for “supplying chicks attain 60 days and Coops at Aranmula Grama Panchayat.”.
- The details of the Firm have to be given such as Registration, PAN, GST Number etc.
- The Quotations should reach the following address on or before 5 pm on 17th December 2019 at 5 pm.
